Cultivated on the foothills of the Andes, leading down to the rich rainforests, the Criollo tree is considered the King of Cacao. Producing beans that are recognised as the World’s finest; only 10% of chocolate is made with this beautiful bean.
Super Natural
Known as the ‘Lost Crops of the Incas’, each of our cold-pressed cubes uses Yacon, Lucuma and Maca to make up the base of our raw vegan chocolate. Cultivated on mountainside Terraces, these lesser-known gems were once part of an agricultural wonderland of the Andes and have been consumed for their medicinal properties for thousands of years.
These super natural foods gently sweeten while aiding digestion, boosting your immune system and giving our chocolate its signature rich and velvety texture.

Our nutrient-dense pistachio and goji berry not only looks good but also tastes good and does good. These tart cranberry-like berries are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and amino acids. Paired with rich pistachio for a satisfying bite.

Inca Berry brings together two quintessential Andean ingredients: rich, organic cacao and the bright, tangy profile of inkaberry. The pairing delivers a balanced flavour arc that moves from deep cacao warmth to a clean, naturally fruity acidity. Inkaberry provides gentle sweetness alongside its characteristic golden sharpness, creating a bar that is both vibrant and grounding.
As with all Adams Chocolates products, the formulation is intentionally simple. We use only high-quality organic ingredients, avoid fillers and bulking agents, and sweeten exclusively with low-GI yacon syrup.
