It’s not easy to taste this good

For us, it’s always been about choosing the very best ingredients. Always organically grown by sustainable cooperatives, and traded fairly so the farmers can focus on producing the best crops.

Originally it was just us making and eating the chocolate, and even now we make everything ourselves. We don’t use a third party to produce our products; ours is made, hand cut, and packaged by us.

We care about what goes into our chocolate, and you can taste the difference.

Balance is everything

Adam’s search for an abundance of vitamins and minerals in plants led him through 10 years of trials, a little of this, a touch of that, and a whole lot of the other.

Every flavour is intended to be remarkable. Rich, long lasting, and natural. Chocolate as chocolate should taste.

Free From Dairy, Gluten, and Refined Sugars

Some foods/additives detract from your body’s ability to absorb nutrients. They go against our ethos, and would reduce the energy you take from the beneficial ingredients.

We avoid these, … and happily that means we’re Vegan.

These beets are yacon; grown like potatoes they are sweet and watery like pears. Cut into thin slices raw yacon is crunchy and delicious in salads. It can be prepared into syrup at low temperatures, and is great for gut health. That’s why we use it as our chocolate’s main sweetener.

Our chocolate is rich

The flavours last in your mouth. You’ll never eat as much as you would if there was refined sugar or dairy mixed in. You’ll never need as much.

It’s not harsh or bitter like some dark chocolates, it’s a remarkably natural chocolate taste.
